Heatmaps and session recordings (with consent). Processes mouse movements, clicks and anonymised IP addresses. Data transferred to Microsoft (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Chat messages and technical metadata (with consent). Data hosted by Crisp (France, EU).
