Alpine Negroni
Cocktail

Alpine Negroni

Stirred · Bitter · 4cl
  • Salzmann Alpine Dry Gin3 cl
  • Red bitter aperitivo3 cl
  • Sweet vermouth3 cl
  • Orange twist1

Method. Stir all liquids over ice until well chilled. Strain over a single large cube in a rocks glass. Express an orange twist over the surface and drop it in.

Glacier & Tonic

Built · Long · Highball
  • Salzmann Gin5 cl
  • Light Mediterranean tonic12 cl
  • Fresh rosemary sprig1
  • Pink grapefruit wedge1

Method. Fill a balloon glass with clear ice. Pour gin, top gently with tonic, and stir once. Clap a rosemary sprig between your palms and lay it in; squeeze and drop the grapefruit.

Shaken · Egg White · Coupe
  • Salzmann Gin5 cl
  • Fresh lemon juice2.5 cl
  • Honey & thyme syrup2 cl
  • Egg white1

Method. Dry-shake all ingredients to build foam, then shake again hard over ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

The Longest Day

Spritz · Sparkling · Wine glass
  • Salzmann Gin4 cl
  • Dry alpine white wine6 cl
  • Soda water4 cl
  • Pear slice & juniperto garnish

Method. Build over ice in a large wine glass: gin, then chilled white wine, then a short top of soda. Stir once to lift.
