Built at a thousand metres on the watchmakers’ grid, La Chaux-de-Fonds knows the union of craft and altitude. Our version of it: a copper still in the Rhône valley and botanicals from the mountains above.
Johann Gin is made in Raron in the Valais: distilled on a base of Valais wine, in small batches on a copper pot still, with botanicals like Valais apricot, blueberry, larch wood and gentian. Three gins, three characters — the fruity Rarner, the wintry Hiemalis, the clean Solstice.
