Lucerne lives off its view of the Alps — we distil right inside them. In Raron, between vineyards and larch forests, our gins are born on a base of Valais wine: the fruity Rarner, the wintry Hiemalis, the clean Solstice.
Juniper meets Valais apricot, blueberry and gentian — a flavour profile only the mountains can give.
