From the Rhône valley to the Aare
Bern and the Valais share more than the Lötschberg line. Many Bernese know the Rhône valley from hiking, skiing, or the apricots at the market stall. That is precisely the landscape we distil: Valais apricots, mountain berries and larch wood shape our gins.
We distil in Raron, in small batches on a copper pot still — on a base of Valais wine rather than neutral spirit. You taste it in the glass: a soft entry, a long finish.
